Brief Job Summary

Reporting to an Account Director, this position serves as a resource in research and reporting, project management, planning, and strategic platform coordination within the agency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Research and reporting: Work closely with internal research departments and external resources to deliver targeted market and customer insights to the client.

Project management: Assist in the development of extensive competitive research projects that highlight quantitative and qualitative information. These projects clearly communicate key findings and make strategic recommendations to our client.

Strategic platform coordination: Contribute to the development of new programs by delivering fresh creative thinking and exciting new opportunities for brand expression. Provide the strategic support for proposed and existing programs.

Planning: Support the client through internal planning and presentation development. Write well-written pitches, case studies and point of view documents.

Team support: This position provides strategic infrastructure to a national executional team, ensuring a centralized base of information on marketing programs.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Self starter with the ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional organizational skills

Extreme attention to detail

Experience serving clients in a team environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills.

Past work in experiential or event marketing with substantial focus on the automotive and/or luxury sector.

A strategic approach to the negotiation, management and measurement of sports, music and entertainment properties.

Presentation skills and strong facility with Microsoft Office, emphasis on PowerPoint.

Educational and Experience Requirements

A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications, and three - five years experience within an agency/professional services or consulting company.
